Bluestem is happy to share Research and Development Engineer, Srikanth Madala recently presented his white paper: “The Story of a Rural Public Power District- Before and After Distribution Grid Connected Wind Power Generation” at the 2019 IEEE Rural Electric Power Conference. IEEE REPC is an active group of electric cooperatives, public power entities, and IOUs striving constantly to improve their system and services in rural America. This is Srikanth’s second year being published by IEEE REPC.
